My services are simple but effective:

I provide non discretionary international share portfolio management to South African
clients (who make use of the R 2million rand offshore investment allowance) and
selected international clients.

Portfolio types:

A defensive value based higher dividend yield portfolio,

A self funding leveraged portfolio. (See example)

I pride myself on lower risk investments that provide steady capital growth with dividend income.
There are no hidden costs for my services, all fees are transparent unlike many larger institutions.

Non Discretionary share portfolio management

Essentially this is where I recommend certain investments to my clients.
Once my clients agree in writing to my recommendations I will set about
investing in those shares on the various international markets. I decide on
the timing of the investments subject to a time window that we have agreed upon.

Peace of mind / Client Funds

I do not hold client funds I merely manage them in terms of a written client agreement.
All client funds are held with reputable international stockbrokers. I cannot physically access
your funds as any funds remittted will be paid by the broker into a bank account in your name.
Stockbroking establishments do not as a rule make payments to 3rd parties so your funds are secure.

The entity is a sole trader.

Experience

Four years as a taxation officer at the South African Revenue Services (SARS) Durban
Four years as a trader/portfolio manager on the Johanessburg Stock Exchange (J.S.E)
Two years as a trust accountant on the Isle of Man
Two years as a fulltime stockmarket investment lecturer in Australia
Currently financial director of TILCOR (PTY) LTD, a family property and engineering business established in 1953.
