Porta Spa has specialised in the manufacture, conversion, repair and installation of spa’s since 1985 and has earned an excellent reputation throughout South Africa and overseas.

The key to our success is that our clients are the boss and we aim to please them with a strong, simple, user friendly product that has been tested and proved over the years.

Our timber frames have been specially designed for use in spa applications. Due to the fact that they are made from solid timber, no steel is required so it eliminates rust.

Expansion due to heat & moisture has been considered and the correct timber for your application will be recommended. Our timber frames are Waksol treated for insects, moisture & fungus.

Porta Spas are vacuum formed from the highest quality sanitary grade SABS approved acrylic and then hand laminated fiberglass backed for good insulation and strength.

Portable units are freestanding on a choice of timber frames and can be installed within one hour without use of special electrical and plumbing requirements. The advantage of a portable spa is that you can take it with you when you move and position it on any flat area (eg. Patio, Pool, Lounge, ect) without having to build it in. Heat loss through underground pipes is also less on portable spas.

All Porta Spas can be installed in ground & carry the same
guarantee. the support system is then positioned within 6m of

the spa normally under a fiberglass rock cover. Only the best quality pipes & components are used on Porta Spas which are rigorously tested before being installed.
