Concrete Form Structures (Pty) Ltd was established in 2015 and is one of the well-known sub -contractors in the trade for the installation of specialised formwork (shuttering) or falsework in the construction industry operating in Cape Town and surrounding areas. Concrete Form Structures (Pty) Ltd was founded by Mr. Boetie Lawens with 21 years of experience in the trade of formwork and steel reinforcement. He was also an independent contractor for 15 years and done numerous projects on high rising buildings, commercial and luxury residential projects in and around Cape Town. Mr. Lawens worked for big companies like Group Five, Baseline, Decking solutions and Decking Enterprises just to name a few and there he developed his craftsmanship as a carpenter and steel fixer. After many years of experience Mr. Lawens decided to go solo and trade as subcontractor by the name of B.L. Construction and from there CFS was born.
From humble beginnings, this Concrete Formwork Company previously traded as B. L. Construction is starting to see rapid growth this age of time to become one of the preferred companies in the “Fix and supply ” of all types of formwork structures.
